Ti6Al-4V could sound the same, but was not created eqaully.
Many other competitors cut their costs from passing the requirement on the three most critical Chemical compositions with the minimum standard. Iron(Fe), Carbon(C), and Hydorgen (H) .
Not in this case with Secret-EV. After years of R&D / manufacturing titanium lug nuts and bolts for various race cars, the three critical materials listed above are related to the overall strength of the lug nut once it's in shape. We not only make sure our material reaches the Ti6Al-4V standard, but we want that to be as pure as possible for the highest strength. (AMS4928V)
