Are custom orders refundable?

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production started. If you have questions before ordering a custom spec, please contact info@project12.com for assistance.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard ground shipping is included in the listed price. For express/expedited shipping, please reach out to our team at info@project12.com for a quote. (International customers: customs, duties, and taxes are not included.)

Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships, typically within 1–2 business days. Please email info@project12.com with your order number if you have not received your tracking number.

Do you offer a military discount?
Project 12 is proud to offer Military & First Responder discounts to active and retired servicemen and women. The discount is 15% off a set of four wheels or more. Please send an email to info@project12.com using your military email address along with the items you would like to order. We’ll be happy to provide you with an appropriate discount code.
